The Trojans traveled to Northside Christian High School on Tuesday evening for a MOCAL showdown. It was the Lions of Northside Christian jumping out to the early lead as they led by 3 after the 1st quarter and led by 2 at the break. In the 2nd half Northside extended their half time lead to 4 entering the final quarter. The Trojans however would rally in the final minute to win the game 54 – 52 and remain unbeaten in conference play. The win moved the Trojans to 11-3 overall and 5-0 in MOCAL play.

Ian Leach led the Trojans with 16 points and made several critical baskets in the 4th quarter comeback. Shawn Scarberry added 11 points and Josh Smith had 11 points include the go ahead basket with inside of 30 seconds off steal from Isaiah Smith. Raph Hayes made 2 huge free throws with seconds remaining. Northside would add 2 free throws on a questionable technical foul called on Hayes. Northside lost the ball out of bounds on the final play to secure the win for the Trojans.

Tree of Life 5-0 in the MOCAL take on Delaware Christian 4-2 in the MOCAL Friday night for the homecoming game a win would give the Trojans a 3 game lead in the conference with 4 games to play. JV starts at 6 pm followed by Varsity at 730 pm.
